Ringo Starr was honoured with his own star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame this week.
Poor Ringo’s big moment fell a bit flap compared to that of former Beatle’s bandmate Paul McCartney, despite being the first star to be revealed under a night sky.
The revealing of a the stars usually happens late morning but in honour of the Walk of Fame’s 50th anniversary, Ringo had a nocturnal event.
The usual glitzy, celeb filled unveiling was a little disappointing with famous faces only stretching as far as Eric Idle and Joe Walsh, whereas Maccer’s was attended by Hollywood royalty such as Tom Hanks.
Congrats Ringo! We like you better than Paul!
